As an Event Supervisor, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation by ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property.

• Candidates must have open availability to be considered for the position.
• No set schedule.
• Weekdays and weekends are required.
• Days off vary.

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• Know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Maintain an excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards in accordance with BEST Crowd Management standards.
• Accountable and capable of holding subordinate officers accountable.
• Leadership or management experience required; personable with strong soft skills.

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Security, military, and/or law enforcement supervisory experience of at least two years.
• At least 21 years of age (as required by applicable law or contractual requirements).
