- Candidates must have open availability to be considered for the position.
- No set schedule.
- Weekdays and weekends are required.
- Days off vary.
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
- Good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- Know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Maintain an excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards in accordance with BEST Crowd Management standards.
- Accountable and capable of holding subordinate officers accountable.
- Leadership or management experience required; personable with strong soft skills.
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
- Security, military, and/or law enforcement supervisory experience of at least two years.
- At least 21 years of age (as required by applicable law or contractual requirements).
