Security Guard

East Glen, a leading retail company in Des Moines, IA, is hiring a full-time Security Guard. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of our property and customers, with the primary location being Des Moines, IA.

As a Security Guard, you will perform routine patrols, monitor security systems, respond to alarms, and assist in emergency situations. You will also maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing security policies and procedures.

You will work as part of a dedicated security team in a modern, well-maintained facility located in Des Moines, IA. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, conducting regular patrols, and responding to security incidents. The team operates on a 24/7 schedule, with rotating shifts to ensure continuous coverage. You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in security or a related field is preferred. To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, and you must be able to pass a background check.
