ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs skilled maintenance, repair and installation of mechanical systems, appliances, and structures.
  • Maintains and installs electrical systems and fixtures; measures, cuts, bonds, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit.
  • Paints structures, performs masonry / drywall work, and repairs and/or installs plumbing fixtures.
  • Maintains and repairs tools and equipment.
  • Responds to maintenance requests by residents; assesses, troubleshoots and determines appropriate solution by performing repairs or installations.
  • Assists with grounds keeping duties as needed.
  • Replaces sidewalks and removes concrete.
  • Available for on-call duties as assigned.
  • Enters all maintenance repair information in the facilities tracking computer system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
