• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to make their home more clean, comfortable and protected.
• Maintain the company truck, keep it well‑maintained and organized, and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Use smartphone for part ordering.
• Pass background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Travel up to 100% of the time.
• Work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Read, understand and apply technical written text.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
  English proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 100 lbs, reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb and crawl.
• Drive automatic transmission vehicle.

1‑2 years in appliance repair.

Road Warrior: 75% or more travel.
