Join our dynamic team as a Diesel Technician at Brown Nationa Lease in Des Moines, IA. This 3rd shift position (11 pm–7:30 am) requires availability Sunday through Friday and offers an opportunity to grow your career in fleet maintenance.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle components
- Perform routine maintenance on fleet vehicles
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Previous experience working as a Diesel Technician
- Knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle systems
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
