• Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing‑related operations
• Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%)
• Review all upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits
• Schedule rough‑in inspections and help facilitate pre‑installation and on‑site final inspections
• Respond to service calls and assist installers with plumbing‑related questions over the phone or via site visits
• Act as primary backup to the Installation Manager and assist with scheduling installations, completing pre‑install inspections, and ordering products as needed

• Active Virginia Master Plumber License in good standing for designated territory
• A passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company‑required systems using two‑factor authentication
