• Maintain and repair rental equipment in the shop and on‑site
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Provide hands‑on customer support, including equipment training
• Document work accurately using modern service systems
• Travel to customer sites, participate in on‑call rotations, and support seasonal overtime needs
• Prioritize safety on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations

• 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, field maintenance, or related work
• Strong troubleshooting, repair skills, and mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Proven safety‑first mindset in shop and field environments
• Clear communication skills with customers and teammates
• EPA Universal Certification and 3‑5 years of HVAC/R experience strongly preferred
• Clean driving record
