Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Facilities Technician (Safety Sensitive) to join Corporate Real Estate. You will provide after-hours facilities operations support, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building performance and acting as a liaison with Security and tenants.
The role covers maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping, with shift Thu-Mon 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, and Tue/Wed off.
