Game Special Events Staff

Des Moines Menace is seeking a motivated individual to support the United Soccer League team during the spring and summer season. The position is paid, part-time, and requires dedication to game day operations, community relations, and occasional pre‑season events.

• Assist during Menace home matches from May through August, including stadium set‑up and tear‑down, promotions, and customer service. Must be available for at least 90% of match days.
• Execute community relations and marketing strategies at community events.
• Assist with Des Moines Menace pre‑season events such as Open Cup and youth programs, including tournaments and camps, as available.
• Perform additional projects and duties as directed by the Menace Soccer Operations Manager.

• Passion for sports and knowledge of soccer preferred.
• Ability to lift 5, 10, or 25 pounds regularly.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and strong communication in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creativity, passion for customer service, and commitment to a memorable fan experience.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, growth‑focused, and open to continuous learning and feedback.
