A municipal organization in Des Moines is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure safety in the swimming pool environment. Responsibilities include maintaining constant watch, enforcing rules, and assisting distressed patrons with superior customer service and First Aid techniques. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid Lifeguard and CPR certification or the ability to obtain them by the employment date.

Paid training starts May 11, leading up to pool openings in late May.
