Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a CLASS A CDL Driver to join our SPLIT‑SHIFT team in Des Moines.

Pay: $30 per hour with weekly pay and lots of available overtime. 12‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday, occasional Saturdays. Early start time: 2 AM – 2 PM.

• Drive and operate a tanker truck with a vacuum attachment delivering liquid, non‑hazardous waste.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo; perform pre‑trip inspections; maintain accurate logs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and transport regulations.
• Assist with customer service and maintain workplace cleanliness.

• Minimum 1 year commercial or military driving experience (Required)
• Valid CDL Class A License (Required)
• Tanker endorsement prior to day one of employment (Required)
• Medically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle (Required)
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more (Required)
• Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
