An SP+ Shuttle Driver (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). responsible for the safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers efficiently, safely, and seamlessly.

• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise, answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring every interaction is positive.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, refuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Be present at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license with you at all times while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary, if authorized.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area to assist customers.
• Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License:
  Maintain a valid CDL Class A, B, or C driver’s license with passenger endorsement as required by DOT regulations.
• Medical:
  Provide a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
• Availability:
  Ability to work special shift requirements, including third shift and/or weekends, as needed.
• Language:
  Read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence; present information effectively in one‑on‑one situations.
• Mathematical:
  Perform basic arithmetic with units of American currency.
• Appearance:
  Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands:
  Stand, walk, use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally sit, climb, balance, or move up to 75 pounds.

$21.10 per hour (+ tips). This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
