Local & OTR Class A Truck Drivers – Des Moines, IA

Sign on bonus $2,500.00

Over the road position and Class A CDL with tanker endorsement required. Complete benefit package including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance. Eligible for paid vacation after 1 year of service, 4 personal holidays after 90 days, and holiday pay for 6 national holidays.

Essential Job Functions

Follow all government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL.

Preferred Candidates
  • One year of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required in the last seven years.
  • Must be 24 years of age.
  • Commercial License REQUIRED Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tanker (Hazmat and Passport will need to be obtained within the first 60 days of employment if not already held).
  • Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures.
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
  • No more than one moving violation within the last three years.
  • Relocation benefits are not provided for this position. Candidates are responsible for providing their own means of transportation to and from work.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:
