The role requires overseeing fleet mechanics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the maintenance processes. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, along with supervisory skills. This position also demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage inventory and scheduling.

A valid Class A CDL is preferred.
