Polaris Freightways in Des Moines, IA is hiring new Class A CDL drivers with no professional driving experience for its Eastern Regional Fleet. This full-time role combines paid one-on-one mentor training with no-touch dry van freight and weekly or bi-weekly home time.
You will earn $850 per week during training while working with a mentor, then transition to your own assigned truck with solo earnings expected at $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Drivers are paid every Friday and orientation is paid.
