Drivers can expect established customer lanes and practical route planning designed to maintain dependable miles while providing flexibility for scheduled days at home.

Drivers operate late‑model Kenworth T680 tractors, four years old or newer, with equipment designed for comfort and convenience.

• In‑cab fifth-wheel release

Equipment is assigned based on availability.

A combination of dry van and refrigerated loads moves through established customer lanes across the operating network.

Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week with no-touch freight. Steady customer demand helps maintain reliable dispatches and dependable mileage throughout the week.

CDL‑A truck drivers earn $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days.

Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises tied to safety performance and productivity, and orientation is paid at $100 per day.

Drivers receive six scheduled days off each month. These days may be taken together or divided throughout the month based on personal preference and freight scheduling.
