Reports to:Warehouse and Inventory Manager
Description:The Warehouse team performs all shipping and receiving activity for the Blk & Bold warehouse. This role ensures customers receive the correct items in a timely manner and supports inventory accuracy through proper receiving, shipping, and fulfillment tasks.
Essential Responsibilities:- Works independently and across the Warehouse & Inventory team to deliver upon daily fulfillment service levels
- Accurately and efficiently picks, packs and ships e-commerce and wholesale orders according to sales order; audits for accuracy
- Physically prepares items for shipment; includes palletizing, labeling, and case‑packing products
- Processes customer returns for shipment back to Warehouse inventory
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established organization of products and supplies
- Champion the inventory management process across members of the Warehouse and Inventory team by ensuring inventory accuracy through periodic cycle counts and inventory adjustments within the ERP system (Net Suite)
- Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams regarding order prioritization, resolving potential issues, and assisting with customer communication
- Manages inventory of packaging and marketing materials; coordinates reorder points with product manager
- Receives inbound shipments in the ERP system; ensures proper receiving documentation
- Works with Warehouse Sr. Manager to prioritize workload
- Safely operates material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, scissor lift, and forklift
- Follows SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards for receiving, storage, and shipping
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/ production environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Experience processing orders and using inventory management systems (ex Net Suite) preferred
- Works well individually as well as in a team
- Coachable and willing to adapt to new direction quickly
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fork lift, pallet jack, and scissor lift training/certification within 6 months
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with repetitive motion
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 60 pounds frequently throughout a day
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment
- Ability to work in varying temperatures including environments with hot roasters
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Willing perform other duties as assigned
