Full-Time | In-Office | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm agency team.
No previous insurance experience is necessary. We are happy to train the right person! This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who wants to learn the insurance industry and build a long-term career with opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional experience in our office
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general customer needs
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding payments and account follow-up
- Schedule appointments for customers and our team
- Assist with basic administrative and office responsibilities
- Help direct customer questions to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate and organized customer information
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
- Learn about insurance products, processes, and our agency operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
- No previous insurance experience required
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
This is a full-time, in-office position.
