Quality Engineer - Elevate Aerospace Excellence

Reports to:
Quality Manager
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (DOE) | FAA Repair Station Environment
Advance aerospace innovation with precision and purpose.
Your Mission- Partner directly with aerospace commercial, defense, and space OEMs and suppliers, to resolve technical issues and interpret engineering specs and drawings.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce Cost of Poor Quality.
- Develop and implement quality standards and process improvements across production.
- Support FAA Repair Station return-to-service authorizations.
- Host audits and customer visits and train cross-functional teams on quality best practices.
- Preferred Experience:
5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or finishing; AS9100 & Nadcap familiarity preferred. - Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; quality certifications a plus. - Skills:
Strong analytical mindset, hands‑on with measuring tools, ERP/QMS systems (Syteline preferred), and technical documentation. - Certifications:
FAA Repairman Certificate and auditor training are advantageous.
