Job Title: Value Stream Manager
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Kent, WA
Type: Exempt, Full‑Time
Schedule: 100% On‑site, 1st Shift;
Mon‑Fri 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; extended hours and weekend rotational shifts may be required.

Role Overview
The Production Value Stream Manager (VSM) is a leader who drives productivity and cost improvements, focuses on department metrics, reports, and employee development, and ensures on‑time, high‑quality delivery to customers. The VSM manages the direction of the Production team across all shifts and supports hiring and development of shift supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production team across all shifts, driving productivity and cost improvements.
- Oversee hiring, development, and succession planning for production level employees and shift supervisors.
- Ensure on‑time, high‑quality production while meeting critical customer expedite needs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and embed Kaizen and TPM practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align production strategy with business objectives.
