  Monday – Friday, Day Shift; ability to work overtime and weekend support.
• Shift Details: 1st shift (Mon‑Fri 6:00‑14:30), 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:30), 3rd shift (Sun‑Fri 22:00‑06:30).
• Salary Range: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level).

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment using preventive and proactive maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting, along with general mechanical skills. • Perform maintenance on production and facility equipment across multiple disciplines (electrical, PLC, mechanical, plumbing).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, sensors, and control circuits.
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming adjustments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS software.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders accurately.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Build racks using appropriate metal for processing parts through chemical tanks.
• Report faulty operations or unusual conditions promptly.
• Support productivity initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions.
• Basic experience with PLC systems (Allen‑Bradley or similar).
• General mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Regular, dependable attendance and ability to pass background/drug screening.
