🚨 Immediate Start – Machine Operatives Wanted in Desborough! 🚨
💼 Temp to Perm | £12.95/hr Starting | Pay Increase After Training
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with great potential and a supportive team? We’re hiring Machine Operatives to join a busy production site in Desborough. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm role with full training provided and excellent prospects for growth.
🕒 Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts – 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Operating machinery as part of a team
- Manual handling and production tasks
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous machine operative experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A reliable team player ready to hit the ground running
- Immediate start
- Full training provided
- Pay increase after successful probation and machine sign-off
- Long-term career potential
