As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the efficient running of state-of-the‑art machinery, ensuring high standards of output and quality are consistently met.

• Set up and operate machinery efficiently, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets and improve performance.
• Ensure products are manufactured in line with company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues to support effective teamwork.

We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices within a factory setting.
• Experience with in the print, paper, or corrugated packaging industry is advantageous.

• Strong timekeeping and attendance record.
• Positive, confident attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to listen and contribute to team discussions.
• Basic IT skills or a willingness to develop computer literacy.
