We are currently recruiting for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team in Desborough. The RoleAs a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the efficient running of state-of-the‑art machinery, ensuring high standards of output and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate machinery efficiently, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets and improve performance.
- Ensure products are manufactured in line with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues to support effective teamwork.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Experience (Desirable)- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within a factory setting.
- Experience with in the print, paper, or corrugated packaging industry is advantageous.
- Strong timekeeping and attendance record.
- Positive, confident attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to listen and contribute to team discussions.
- Basic IT skills or a willingness to develop computer literacy.
