Barker Ross is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Packing Operatives to join our client's busy production team in Desborough. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for stable, ongoing work in a controlled production environment. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided.
Shift & Pay:
Monday to Friday
Either
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
Your Role:
Packing finished chocolate products on a production line
Ensuring products meet quality standards before packing
Working at a steady, consistent pace to meet production targets
Sealing, wrapping, and labelling finished goods accurately
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
Key Skills & Qualities:
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a controlled hygiene environment
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Controlled Environment PPE Requirements:
Hairnet
Beard snood (if required)
Company-provided overalls
Full adherence to hygiene and site standards
