HGV Class 1 (CE) – Desborough £18– £23.53ph | Weekly Pay | Ongoing bookings | Immediate Starts Desborough Staff Co Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) Day and Night Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Desborough. There are also temp-to-perm opportunities. We are offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised 7-day operation.

Drivers will benefit from a straightforward trunking role with pre-loaded trailers, modern equipment, and no handball involved. Pay Rates (PAYE)
• Monday - Friday AM - £18ph plus accrued holiday or, £20.17ph including holiday pay
• Monday - Friday PM - £19ph plus accrued holday or, £21.29ph including holiday pay
• Saturday - £20ph plus accrued holiday or, £22.41ph including holiday pay
• Sunday - £21ph plus accrued holiday or, £23.53ph including holiday pay What the role involves You'll be completing trunking work between distribution centres using pre-loaded trailers carrying ambient goods. This is primarily a drop-and-swap operation with no handball required. The operation runs 7 days per week, with shifts averaging 9–12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

Our ideal candidate
• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) licence held for at least 1 year
• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
