Pool and Locker Room Attendant Male and Female

A role at Azure Palm Hot Spring seeks energetic pool and locker attendants for our Oasis.

Pool and locker attendants are responsible for the overall upkeep and cleanliness of Oasis grounds, pool and hot tub areas, and locker rooms. Weekends and holidays are required.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑facing position, be available for all shifts, and be able to perform all aspects of the job with minimal supervision.

• Maintain Oasis grounds, removing trash and debris throughout the day
• Monitor mineral tub temperatures hourly
• Ensure bathrooms, hallways, and locker rooms are clean
• Stock and restock locker room amenities
• Clean and stock lockers to always ensure availability
• Assist guests with locker issues
• Clean and maintain saunas
• Manage placement of pool chairs, removing any trash or used towels from the area
• Wash, fold and distribute pool towels upon request
• Maintain quiet spa‑like environment in pool area
• Stock and restock drinking cups and fill water dispensers as needed
• Maintain spa waiting area tea cart and keep spa area clean
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests in English

While performing the duties of the position, employees may be required to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs. on average with occasional lifting up to 60 lbs., push, pull and operate laundry carts and equipment, complete duties quickly alone or with team members, and be exposed to heat/cold rain during the workday.
