Position: Accounting Admin - $25/hr - DeSoto, TX

What You'll Do:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including entering invoices and reviewing receivables and costs
  • Prepare freight paperwork such as packing lists and bills of lading
  • Handle occasional phone and customer service duties and write correspondence
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed
    • What We're Looking For:
  • Experience with AP/AR or accounting support
  • Sharp, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
  • Interest in growing into a long-term accounting role
    • Pay:

    $25/hr
