We are searching for a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A) with experience in inpatient psychiatric services. Serving as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, the Clinician will provide therapeutic group and individual services to adult, adolescent, or child patients under DBHH care for emotional or substance abuse problems.

Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology).
Licenses: LPC, LMSW, LMFT or LMFT-A required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare field or a combination of education and experience; inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses and treatment; flexibility; teaching or training skills helpful; understanding of, or ability to understand, DSM-III-R methodology.
- Advanced knowledge and clinical skills in diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. Knowledgeable of patient rights and laws pertaining to mental health.
- Basic PC skills including Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and typing minimum 30 words per minute.
- Excellent communication skills, good listening skills, and a pleasant demeanor that encourages engagement.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Screening: Must pass background check, drug screen, physical, and provide positive employment references.
Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other related tasks. Ability to communicate effectively and perceive sensory inputs.
