****** About the Role
**** As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network.
**** What You’ll Do
***** Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors
* Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
* Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
* Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals
* Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals
* Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards
* Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices
* Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision
* Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers
* Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback
**** What Skills You Have
**** Required* Prior experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment
* Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems
* Bachelor’s or advanced degree
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
* Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations Preferred
* Lean Techniques or Process/Continuous Improvement Methodologies
* Ability to build and maintain connections with a team to drive results
* Experience interpreting and managing data
* 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS, etc)
* 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience
* MBA or equivalent experience
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability  to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction
* Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community
