LocationAssistant Manager – Hickory Manor, a 190‑unit apartment community in Desoto, TX.
Position SummaryAs an Assistant Manager, you will support the Community Manager with daily property operations.
Responsibilities- Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
- Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
- Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and supervising site personnel
- Establish positive relationships within the community
- Be on‑call as scheduled by management
- 1–2 years of prior property management experience preferred
- Experience with Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market‑Rate properties preferred
- Yardi software experience preferred
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
