Overview
Center for Health Empowerment (CHE) in Dallas, Texas is a nonprofit organization with the mission of providing access to high-quality health and wellness services to all. The organization's services are centered around sexual health and HIV/STD prevention. CHE believes in providing care that is welcoming, affirming and empowering to our participants.
Responsibilities- Promote CHE's services in the Dallas community.
- Engage community members and link individuals to care through CHE clinics and navigators.
- Support events that raise awareness of CHE’s programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Outreach Coordinator.
- Some college or health education experience preferred.
- Previous experience in community outreach, health education, or related field desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse communities.
- Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
32-40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends.
