Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Join Quad Med as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our clinic located in DeSoto, TX
. You will be working with a team-oriented staff to provide quality care to Kohl's employees and their dependents.

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Job Requirements:

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
