We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – an essential leader who manages care teams, ensures quality patient standards, and supports resident well‑being in a dynamic long‑term care environment.

• Direct care teams:
  Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
• Perform treatments to maintain resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care, complete required nursing assessments, and maintain timely records.
• Collaborate during shift reports to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Educate support staff on nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety standards by complying with infection control and body‑mechanic procedures.
• Address staffing needs by arranging replacement staff as necessary.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Exemplary technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication ability and effective workflow organization.
• Adept at responding efficiently to emergencies with keen attention to detail.
