Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Dallas, TX

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

• Provide personal care:
  Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment:
  Change linens and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support mobility:
  Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information:
  Accurately document vitals, weight, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning:
  Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement:
  Lead range‑of‑motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication, self‑discipline, and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
