Job Description
Salary Range: $33 - $40/ Hour

What You’ll Do
As a home care registered nurse (RN), you will ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections with the people in their lives. You will be entrusted with the autonomy to make care decisions at the bedside, ensuring comfort and dignity for your patients. You will also help patients and their loved ones understand the benefits of hospice care and provide holistic support.

Where You’ll Work
Most of your time will be spent caring for hospice patients in their homes or care facilities, with 4-6 visits daily. Weekly, you will meet with an interdisciplinary team at the local program office.

What’s Expected From You
You should have an RN license, at least two years of nursing experience, reliable transportation, and traits like Commitment, Compassion, and a Can-do Attitude. Your focus will be on providing comfort and dignity to patients at the end of their lives.
