Innovative Renal Care in Texas is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to lead the hemodialysis team and direct daily patient care staff with strong supervision. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with current licensure, at least 12 months of nursing experience including dialysis, and BLS/CPR certification, plus strong communication and leadership. IRC offers a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary range: $40-$52 per hour.
