Ethos is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time hospice position. You will coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned patients' hospice care, develop individualized plans of care with the interdisciplinary team, perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor symptoms, and educate patients and families about conditions and care.
You will communicate patient progress with clinical leadership, physicians, and the care team.
