• Educate and support families to help them understand care needs.

• Active LVN licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex patient needs.
• Proficiency with medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
• Compassionate, patient-first approach and effective communication with families.
• Ability to work independently in the home setting while partnering with a clinical team.
