This IN‑OFFICE Insurance Sales Agent role focuses on building customer relationships and expanding our client base.

• Position Summary:
  
  Strong sales mentality, organizational and interpersonal skills, and a customer‑focused approach are essential. The role is office‑based.

• Assist customers with new policies, policy edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and general inquiries.
• Inspect vehicles to determine insurance risk based on condition, age, and other characteristics.
• Seek new clients, generate prospective client lists, and build clientele through networking and marketing. Work with the office manager to develop marketing strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, and contact underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or insurance sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company software.
• Complete continuing education courses paid by A-MAX as required to maintain active license status with TDI.
