Order Picking Clerk

The Order Picker Clerk is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and organizing merchandise for store replenishment or customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role supports Daiso USA’s commitment to providing high-quality products by ensuring all orders meet accuracy, quantity, and quality standards.

• Accurately pick and pull merchandise according to order sheets, pick tickets, or RF scanner instructions.
• Inspect products for quality, damage, or discrepancies before packing.
• Prepare and stage completed orders for shipment, ensuring they are correctly labeled and securely packaged.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization.
• Communicate any inventory shortages, damages, or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, order picking, or retail stockroom experience a plus.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for order accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
