Join European Wax Center as a Guest Service Associate (GSA) and be a key part of providing exceptional service to our valued guests! In this role, you will create a welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrivalAssisting guests with check-in and check-out processesManaging booking appointments and handling customer inquiries over the phone and in-personEducating guests on services, products, and promotionsMaintaining a clean and organized reception areaHandling transactions accurately and efficientlyContributing to a positive team environment by supporting fellow associatesMinimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfactionProficiency in computer systems and scheduling softwareApproachable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitudeAble to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsBenefits:
