This is a full-time on‑site role based in Destin, FL. We are seeking passionate and motivated Realtors and Loan Officers to join our Development Team. The role involves working directly with clients to assist with real estate transactions and loan origination. Day‑to‑day activities include providing exceptional customer service, assessing client needs, preparing loan and financial documents, offering guidance on underwriting processes, and ensuring smooth and successful property transactions.
Qualifications- Proficiency in loan origination and underwriting.
- Strong background in finance and expertise in working as a Loan Officer.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Previous experience in real estate and a valid real estate license are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A self‑starter with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team‑based environment.
