With each check-in, you will serve as our safeguard, ensuring that each of our properties meets our cleanliness standards and is stocked and staged to create a great first impression for our guests and owners.As

a Housekeeping Inspector, your day-to-day work will involve a mix of responsibilities. Typically, a shift might start with reviewing the day's assignments and prioritizing properties based on guest check-ins and check-outs. You'll commute to each location, conducting thorough inspections to ensure that each home, condo, and beachfront property has been meticulously cleaned, staged, and re-stocked. Your eye for detail will be crucial in identifying areas needing additional attention.

• Inspect vacation rental properties after cleaning to ensure they meet Compass Resorts' cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies and amenities, including linens, toiletries, and kitchen items.
• Address any discrepancies or areas needing improvement in rental properties and report issues to the housekeeping manager for follow-up.
• Assist in the turnover process by communicating with maintenance staff and ensuring properties are ready for guest arrivals on time.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and health regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and laundry procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness and the ability to follow instructions carefully
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision after training
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and equipment
• Must have a valid driver's license
