POSITION SUMMARY:

Scenic Stays is seeking a dynamic General Manager / Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for one of our premier resort or condominium properties. This hybrid role blends the strategic oversight of vacation rental management with the administrative and community-focused responsibilities of association management. Reporting to the Regional Director, this leader will oversee all aspects of community operations, guest services, rental management, property maintenance, team performance, and financial success.

The ideal candidate brings a strong hospitality background, deep familiarity with Florida association laws, and a passion for creating positive guest and resident experiences.
