• Serene Guest Encounters: Greet everyone with a spa-inspired smile and warm hospitality, ensuring guests feel relaxed and welcome.
• Tranquility Checklist: Keep the Spa, Indoor Pool, and Health Club spotless—tidy towels, replenish beverages, and keep everything fresh!
• Equipment Excellence: Check that all spa and health club equipment shines and report any glitches so serenity is never interrupted.
• Attentive Service: Respond to guest requests with friendly efficiency, always preserving that peaceful spa atmosphere.
• Team Harmony: Spread good vibes—be helpful and courteous to guests and teammates, making the spa a fun, harmonious retreat.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
• Clear decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay composed and objective in high-pressure situations.
