Assistant Manager Fulltime

Overview

We are looking for future managers. Domino's is hiring store managers, or as we like to call you, Assistant Manager. Be the second in command of a million-dollar business and grow to become the boss. This is a part-time, hourly position.

You will oversee all aspects of your shift and may be asked to help at other nearby locations. Training will be provided as needed.

You are accountable for everything that happens within your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Oversee all aspects of your shift; lead by example to set the tone for the team. Support the team in daily operations, training, safety, and culture.

• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Hours:

5 days per week and most weekends. Each day shift starts at 9:00 am and ends between 4:00–7:00 pm. Each night shift starts between 3:00–5:00 pm and ends about 1:00 am. Mid shifts start around 12:00 pm and end between 8:00–10:00 pm. You may be asked to assist at other nearby locations.

Physical requirements include exposure to varying weather conditions, temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, fumes from food odors, candy/dust, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, and moving equipment. You may climb stairs or ladders to perform maintenance or price changes. Tasks may require standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity for fast-paced order processing, and the ability to use a computer or touch screen.
