- Develop a leading sales team
- Manage all aspects of sales and marketing for the division office
- Educate, train, and motivate others
- Adapt to and promote the Adams Homes culture:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A Florida Real Estate License
