The Nurses at Clear Choice in Destin, Florida are an essential part of our healthcare team. This role includes working regular 8-hour shifts or Baylor-style 12-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday, with full-time benefits while working 36 hours per week. Available for full-time or part-time hourly positions, this role requires working all shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.

• Provide compassionate and personalized nursing care to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
• Assist with medical procedures and examinations as needed
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and equipment
• Adhere to all hospital and nursing policies and procedures

• Active nursing license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a SNF setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
