This is where you come in. The Manager Trainee will shadow a variety of roles in our location. You will be hands-on learning the ins and outs of all positions in our location. If you successfully complete the program, there may be opportunities for long-term employment.
What Winning Looks Like:- Successfully rotate through each job duty.
- Engage with guests and team members and promote your passion for the restaurant industry.
- Ensure a consistent and quality experience for every guest every time.
- Preferred, currently enrolled or completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant and Tourism Management, or related field.
- Follow and maintain all health code regulations.
- Ability to use and adapt to a multitude of software.
- Enforce rules and regulations for staff.

Chicken Salad Chick provides a delicious menu with a variety of 12 chicken salads, homemade sides, delicious soups, and great sandwiches. This location is one of the originals to the franchise, and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.
