Seasonal Part‑Time Associate.

• Providing excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs.
• Meeting or exceeding Company Objectives in all individual sales goals.
• Participating in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintaining a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.

• Protecting Company assets within the guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participating in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
• Supporting and adhering to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.

Seasonal Part‑Time Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
